Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a network hardware engineer, test engineer, or systems validation engineer focusing on physical layer and protocol debugging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, validate, and resolve complex networking issues at hardware and protocol levels.
• Triage active networking issues, reproduce field issues in the lab, and drive root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with fleet support engineers to track issues and propose long‑term hardware design solutions.
• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate hardware performance and inform design improvements.
• Contribute to testing procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
