Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• CMMS experience essential; familiarity with PLCs, servo drives and frequency drives required.
• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, calibrate, and repair instruments and systems used for monitoring and recording.
• Check meters, indicators, and gauges for abnormal fluctuations.
• Maintain understanding of software and hardware operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on control instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures.
• Complete work orders with accurate time and equipment history.
• Lay out, install, and commission electrical equipment.
• Carry out housekeeping and safety housekeeping duties as needed.
