Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two-year technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent training desired.
• Experience with electrical/instrument maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Engage in root cause analysis for unplanned shutdowns.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control systems (DCS, PLC).
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics for process controls.
• Complete work orders and document changes accurately.
• Follow plant safety and environmental guidelines.
