Job summary

B&G Foods is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician for its Cincinnati facility. The candidate will be responsible for performing E&I activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. A high school diploma with two years of technical training and 2-5 years of experience in electrical/instrumentation is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The role requires working 2nd or 3rd shift as needed, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years electrical/instrumentation experience preferred.
• Must pass the math and electrical aptitude tests.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform E&I activities to ensure optimum utilization of materials and manpower.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis for major downtime.
• Lead problem solving within B&G and with contractors or vendors.
