Argenta is currently hiring for the role of PCT Technician - 2nd Shift at our Shawnee, KS site.

Responsibilities:

1. Support manufacturing by troubleshooting industrial equipment and resolving process issues.
2. Assist engineering projects.
3. Test and calibrate instrumentation including pressure, temperature, weight, flow, rotational, and analytical devices.
4. Repair and return manufacturing equipment to operation, documenting GMP activities accurately.
5. Take ownership of training and development to build technical, communication, and customer support skills; maintain organization and housekeeping.
6. Recommend spare parts and assist with developing and revising maintenance SOPs and JHAs.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Document deviations from calibration processes.
9. Maintain and improve production machinery performance and efficiency, including repairs and assistance with new process installations.
10. Meet production and shutdown schedules per planning and CMMS.
11. Follow all safety and workplace standards, including Lockout/Tagout, cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of hands-on industrial experience maintaining production machinery.
2. Experience with industrial PLC electronics, electrical troubleshooting, SCADA, and metrology.
3. Process control experience supporting PLC-controlled machinery, pumps, tanks, and piping systems.
4. Strong control system troubleshooting skills.
5. Basic mechanical skills for diagnostic troubleshooting.
6. Excellent communication skills in English.
7. Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
8. High school level math, reading, and writing skills.
9. Ability to interpret SOPs, manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
10. Analytical skills for troubleshooting industrial equipment and controls.
