- Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, NEC codes, and electrical distribution.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work on a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and conduct occasional extended hours as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning.
