Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP seeks a Specialist Elec & Instrumentation at the Isola, MS facility to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.

The role supports compressor operations, maintains control systems up to 4,160 volts, and assists with mechanical and field instrumentation tasks while participating in an on-call rotation. Local candidates within 30 miles preferred.

Qualifications

• Instrumentation and Electrical maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow Company procedures and manufacturers guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs for 50 feet and operate valve control wheels.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong commitment to personal and Team safety.

Responsibilities

• Install instrumentation and electrical components safely.
• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems, instrumentation, and electrical power systems up to 4,160 volts.
• Support gas reciprocating, electric drive, turbine engines, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
• Run conduit, pull wire, change motors, maintain lighting and motor controls, and perform PLC maintenance.
• Maintain advanced monitoring devices: gas and fire detection, vibration, temp, pressure, and flow sensors.
• Provide training and technical support; interpret P&IDs and electrical diagrams.
