Job summary

Mid-State Industrial Maintenance in Lakeland, FL seeks a Project Manager – Electrical and Instrumentation to oversee projects from initiation to close, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and high quality across heavy industrial sites.

You will develop plans, lead teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safety standards. Overnight travel of 60%+ is required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and 5+ years in heavy industrial electrical work.
