Job description

Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Salary: $85,500 - $110,000

Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with rotating Friday coverage

Focus

The Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a maintenance crew to perform service functions within established timing, safety, quality, and cost standards.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities and manage priorities to ensure minimal disruptions to production
  2. Monitor work practices and quality of work performed
  3. Ensure adherence to life-critical procedures for the safety of team members and plant personnel
  4. Manage and motivate direct reports; review, assess, and provide performance feedback to support their professional development
Minimum Requirements
  1. Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
    1. High school diploma/GED and 5+ years experience in a relevant manufacturing role; OR
    2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical area and 2+ years full-time work experience
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical & instrumentation maintenance
  3. Working knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance preferred
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments/teams to troubleshoot and problem solve
  6. Prior Olin experience in a relevant position is preferred
