Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industrial instrumentation, electrical, controls, or automation experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of the instrumentation and electrical team supporting a 24/7 operation.
Provide technical expertise for instrumentation, electrical systems, PLCs, DCS controls, and automation equipment.
Develop reliability strategies and drive preventive maintenance programs to improve uptime.
