Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 3 years of direct project estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with estimating software such as Quotesoft, Accubid, Oracle, and PowerBI is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lump sum bids, proposals, unit costs and quantities for various projects.
• Consult with clients, procurement, subcontractors, vendors to discuss estimates.
• Assemble material and labor costs for clients and proposals for construction projects.
• Review subcontractor quotes, RFPs, compliance, clarifications, and evaluations.
• Develop estimating strategy and plan and present estimating information to leadership.
• Present bid packages to subcontractors and attend pre-bid meetings.
