Job summary

E-ONE, part of Terex Corporation, seeks an experienced assembler to fabricate wiring harnesses and perform mechanical assembly on fire truck components in Ocala, Florida.

You will read engineering drawings, install electrical panels, and verify assemblies meet specifications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in an equivalent position.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, drives, motors and related devices.
• Design and fabricate electrical boxes for component installation.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, fit and assemble assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect installations for integrity and proper function.
• Maintain documentation and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics.
