What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

• Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to help grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
• Lead the installation, programming, system start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, primarily larger and complex ones.
• Complete projects effectively, within budget and schedule, with minimal guidance.
• Supervise other Installers.
• Perform additional duties as required.

What You'll Need

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, design drawings, wiring methods, and cable support installation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications independently.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, including familiarity with hand and power tools, and solid math skills.

Requirements

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Experience: 5-7 years in relevant construction, electrical, or low voltage fields

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Experience in electronics, fire alarm & life safety, data cabling, or building automation industries
