Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a capable assistant for electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will support electricians, perform basic conduit work, install hardware, and ensure accurate wiring as directed.

The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work at heights up to 90 feet. Candidates should have at least two years of electrical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work overtime in varying site

Qualifications

• Two or more years of electrical experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate at heights up to 90 ft.
• Able to read labels and tape measure.
• Willing to work overtime and in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned job site location on time, as directed.
• Maintains and properly stores tools, materials, and equipment.
• Organizes materials and tools to maintain clean, neat work area.
• Possesses ability to dig trenches with hand tools or equipment.
• Mounts and installs conduit, wires, and hardware as directed.
• Accurately identifies colors of wires and conductors.
• Safely performs tasks under direct supervision of an assigned electrician.
