CJS Heating Cooling Plumbing in Centerville, OH is seeking a driven Residential Install Electrician to join our Electrical Install Team. You will perform residential electrical installations, interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with local codes while delivering top‑notch customer service.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
• 5+ years of experience strongly preferred (ideal candidate).
• Experience with residential new construction highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to plan layouts in compliance with local codes.
• Complete whole-home rewires and other residential electrical projects.
