System One is seeking an Electrical Inspector for a contractor role on a utility-scale solar construction project. The onsite position in Hobbs, NM, runs 50 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a strong focus on safety and quality oversight of electrical installations.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical construction or inspection, experience with low- and medium-voltage systems, and the ability to read complex drawings.

Security Clearance:
Candidates with experience supporting major EPC contractors or utility owners are highly desired. Examples include: Mortenson, Blattner, Burns & McDonnell, Black & Veatch, Kiewit, Sargent & Lundy, National Grid, NextEra Energy, Duke Energy.
The ideal candidate has experience inspecting electrical work on utility-scale renewable energy projects and understands the challenges of working in an active construction environment. They take pride in ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and partnering with contractors to keep projects on schedule.
