World Class Defence Organisation in Bolton is seeking an Electrical Inspector on a 12-month contract. The role requires inspecting others’ work, certifying production data, and maintaining quality records. Hybrid/onsite work, 37 hours per week, Inside IR35 umbrella arrangement.

Essential qualifications include an electrical apprenticeship to NVQ3 or higher, IPC 610/620 preferred, and ESD/manual handling training. Overtime paid after 37 hours.

Competenze

• Formal technical engineering apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• IPC 610 & IPC 620 certified or trained preferred.
• ESD and manual handling training.

Mansioni

• Inspect finished hardware and certify manufacturing documentation.
• Check for conformance, non-conforming items, and sign off data packs.
• Maintain inspection records and participate in regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and on-time inspection.
• Operate specialised inspection tools and contribute to process improvement.
