Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Electrical Helper in Auburn, Alabama to support commercial electricians with material handling and installation tasks.

You will assist with mounting and wiring, conduit and strapping as directed, and assist in wire pulls under supervision, while following safety policies. Travel may be required, and the position requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2 years recent commercial electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
