Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a Senior Electrical Helper in Auburn, Alabama for full-time work. You will assist commercial electricians with tasks, mount/install conduit and wires, and help with wire pulls as directed by supervisors.

This role requires working from ladders and adhering to safety policies; travel may be required. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of commercial electrical field experience, a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it,

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of recent commercial electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating motor vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
