HomePro is seeking an energetic Electrical Helper to assist our expert electricians in residential installations. This full-time role offers hands-on training, a culture of learning, and pathways for advancement across multiple Texas locations.

You will support the installation of electrical systems, organize materials, and learn to read blueprints while following safety and code requirements. A HS diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installation of residential electrical systems.
• Prepare and organize materials and tools for projects.
• Follow instructions and learn from on-the-job training.
• Ensure safety and code compliance under supervision.
• Maintain and organize equipment and inventory.
• Keep worksite clean and prep area for work.
