PeopleReady of Tampa, FL is seeking an Electrical Helper to support licensed electricians on site. This role offers 1st shift daytime hours and a competitive pay rate.

You will perform unskilled and semi-skilled tasks, assist with wiring and conduit, safety checks, and material handling, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience is required
• Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of a licensed electrician
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as pulling wire, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade
• Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of tools/equipment
• Dependable and punctual with good teamwork skills
• Background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians by performing unskilled and semi-skilled tasks such as preparing materials, pulling wire, cleaning work areas, and transporting tools and equipment
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, fabricating conduit
• Perform basic safety checks under the supervision of a licensed electrician
• Assisting Electrician, digging trenches, running pbc conduit, running cables
