Qualifications

• Prior experience as an electrical helper or in a related electrical trade role.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Pull wire, run conduit, and prep job sites for electrical work
• Support rough-in and trim-out phases of residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Follow all NEC codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with electricians and crew members to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform clean-up and ensure job sites are safe and orderly at all times
