Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking an Electrical Helper to join the Farmington team. The role supports electricians and foremen in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across industries.

You will work on low and high voltage projects, travel to diverse job sites, and assist with paperwork and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has completed an Electrical Trade School or an Instrumentation and Controls program, or has at least one year of electrical experience, with

Qualifications

• Electrical theory knowledge and practical understanding of electrical systems.
• Experience bending conduit, pulling wires and terminating connections.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians and foreman with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Install lighting, outlets and circuit breakers.
• Install conduit and cable tray systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems under supervision of a licensed journeyman.
• Ensure work complies with codes and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; travel to job sites as required.
• Assist with paperwork for accurate record keeping, billing and inventory.
• Support in other areas of the company as needed.
