This entry-level role offers growth opportunities in manufacturing, industrial, or power generation environments. You will install conduit, wiring, control panels, and electrical components per blueprints, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs while working closely with electricians to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of electrical or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, instructions, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and basic math skills.
• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical conduit, wiring, switches, control panels, and related components.
• Follow electrical drawings and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
• Assist electricians with troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements.
• Assemble enclosures, tanks, and mechanical/electrical components using hand and power tools.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts as needed.
• Use electrical testing and measuring devices to ensure quality and functionality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
