Job summary

Antares is building mass-producible, inherently safe harness systems for safety-class applications across testbeds and distribution cabinets. As the Electrical Integration Engineer, you will own the harness layer end to end—from wire and connector selection to 3D routing, schematics, and release packages that a supplier can build from with minimal clarifications.

You will manage the toolchain, BOM, supplier relationships, and in-house builds, ensuring traceability and compliance under QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years designing production wire harnesses and cable assemblies
• Experience with harness CAD tools such as Zuken E3.series, Siemens Capital, Mentor VeSys, SolidWorks Electrical, CATIA Electrical, or Rapid Harness
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and harness workmanship, inspection, and electrical test practice

Responsibilities

• Own harness CAD design: Route, bundle, and constrain every harness in the 3D model.
• Own harness schematics: Develop and release wiring diagrams, wire lists and from-to charts.
• Own component selection: Choose wire type and gauge, connectors, backshells, and tooling.
• Own the harness design review and release process: define reviews and ECO/PLM flow.
