Pay Estimated: $65.73-$70.73/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex, mission-critical hardware systems across the full product lifecycle, from requirements analysis through manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification.
Support the Cyber business area with hardware development for mission computers, sensor processors, and stores management systems.
Conduct schematic capture, define routing constraints, and guide PCB/PWB layout and routing activities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet rigorous technical expectations.
Apply signal and power integrity analysis tools to optimize performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
U.S. Citizenship required by Federal law.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Proven understanding of hardware development across the full program lifecycle.
Experience designing circuit cards using high-speed interfaces, advanced materials, and modern packaging techniques.
Proficiency with Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition for schematic entry, constraint management, and HyperLynx Signal/Power Integrity analysis.
Experience with high-speed digital and high-density circuit card designs involving embedded processors or FPGAs.
Familiarity with fiber optic interface designs and lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and Ethernet network testers.
