Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed PE
• Experience leading electrical discipline on multi‑disciplinary projects
• Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers
• Align team workload with project demand and future pipeline
• Provide technical oversight on power distribution, controls, arc flash, lighting
• Support proposals and client relationships
• Ensure QA/QC and project delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
