Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an Electrical Generator Assembly Technician to build, wire, install, test, and troubleshoot electrical components for large-scale generator systems powering data centers and critical facilities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Generator Technician, Electrical Assembler, or Industrial Electrician.
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and electrical controls.
  • Experience with wire termination, crimping, routing, and cable installation.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and megohmmeters is a plus.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience building or servicing generators, switchgear, MCCs, or large industrial equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical generator systems and components.
  • Install electrical panels, controls, switches, breakers, sensors, conduit, wiring, and cable assemblies.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Route, terminate, label, and secure electrical wiring and cables.
  • Install and connect control panels, junction boxes, battery systems, and related electrical components.
  • Perform continuity checks, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, and measuring instruments.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure proper connections, workmanship, and quality.
  • Troubleshoot wiring, electrical components, and control systems.
  • Follow established assembly procedures, electrical specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow OSHA, company, and facility safety procedures.
  • Work closely with electricians, mechanical technicians, engineers, and production personnel.
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

Avail Staffing is hiring Electrical Generator AssemblyTechnicians to build and wire large-scale generator systems used to providereliable backup power for critical data centers and other mission-criticalfacilities.

This is a hands-on opportunity for electricians andelectrical technicians with experience in industrial electrical systems,generator assembly, wiring, controls, and equipment installation.

Position Overview

The Electrical Generator Assembly Technician willassemble, wire, install, test, and troubleshoot electrical components used inlarge industrial generator systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable readingelectrical drawings, working with hand and power tools, and performing detailedelectrical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
