Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking an Electrical General Foreman for our Sealy, TX job site. The role focuses on leading electrical crews within industrial construction, coordinating with superintendents, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence on site.

The candidate should have 6+ years of craft experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certification is preferred, with long shifts and outdoor conditions typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of craft experience in industrial construction.
• One year as Foreman or higher in an industrial setting preferred.
• OSHA-10 or safety certifications as required by project/owner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction crews on site.
• Review contract, scope docs, drawings and shop estimates.
• Study project execution plans, safety plans, QA/QC, schedules and cost Codes.
• Maintain site rules, shift timings, and logistics guidelines.
• Interface with Superintendent and project team to follow policies and schedules.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, and equipment are available when needed.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
