You will plan workloads, supervise crews, and ensure timely, high‑quality installations in accordance with plans and local codes. The role requires 5–7 years of experience, proficiency in TIG and stick welding on various materials, and the ability to read plans, perform precise measurements, and train others.

Responsible for planning, allocating, managing, and assigning duties related to welding, pipe insulation, steam fitting, cutting, and brazing to subordinates and all those individuals who are appointed to carry on these tasks. Responsible for analyzing work orders and blueprints to determine the need for supplies and the sequence of operations required.
