Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar electrical projects. This role focuses on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while leveraging iPad-based field tech for real-time updates.

The Foreman will supervise crews, coordinate with the project superintendent, and drive on-time completion. A Journeyman or Master Electrician license and strong NEC knowledge are required to safeguard compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leadership with experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes; strict safety mindset.
• Proficient computer and writing skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate field crews.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
