Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams, manage scope, materials, and manpower while upholding safety and quality standards. The role leverages iPads and smartphones to boost efficiency and communication across a multi-trade environment.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years of supervision on large electrical contracts, NEC/code knowledge, and a strong commitment to Power Design’s values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Minimum five years' experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Comfort with technology (iPad/smartphone) to support job tasks.
• Basic computer and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
