The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the electrical industry and manage teams of electricians. The position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $140,000 annually, including benefits like a vehicle allowance, paid housing, and a structured bonus plan. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to oversee project execution on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably commercial retail.
• Ability to run medium-size projects involving 4-10 electricians.
• Current OSHA 10 certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electrical scopes across projects.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings ensuring compliance with OSHA.
• Compile and submit project reporting documents.
