Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for an industrial project in the Boise, ID area. You will lead and coordinate electrical crews while performing hands-on conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, testing, and startup activities.

You will supervise journeyman electricians, plan daily work, inspect work for code compliance, and coordinate with other trades. The role requires 15+ years in industrial electrical construction and a strong focus on safety,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial electrical construction experience, with previous Foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction practices and safety requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements.
• Must wear required PPE and standard electrical tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure crews remain productive and on schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades, project management, and site supervision.
• Assist with equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Track materials, tools, manpower, and daily progress.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to electricians in the field.

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for an industrial project at an Air Liquide natural gas separation and storage facility in the Boise, ID area.

The Electrical Foreman will lead and coordinate electrical crews while working hands-on with conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, testing, and startup activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate journeyman electricians and electrical crews on an industrial construction project.
• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure crews remain productive and on schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades, project management, and site supervision.
• Assist with equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Track materials, tools, manpower, and daily progress.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5 days per week, 10-hour shifts, with an additional 8-hour Saturday shift as scheduled.
• $70/hr, or higher depending on experience
• $175/day per diem for eligible travel days.
• Potential project completion bonus.
