Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field electrical construction activities on a major advanced manufacturing project in Lebanon, Indiana. You will supervise crews, coordinate activities with supervision, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination with project teams, and adherence to NEC requirements in a large-scale industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in electrical or instrumentation industry
• Ability to pass NCCER Skill Assessment
• OSHA 30 certification for Foreman-level positions
• Strong electrical construction and field-leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project documentation
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical craft personnel on site
• Communicate daily work activities, priorities, and expectations to the crew
• Work with supervision to keep field activities moving safely and efficiently
• Identify field issues and communicate them to project supervision
• Help maintain productivity, quality, and workmanship expectations
• Assist project supervision with RFIs and read electrical drawings/schematics
