Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. seeks Electrical Foremen for a project in De Soto, KS. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.

As an Electrical Foreman, you will plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical installations, interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with local codes and SIC safety standards while traveling to various sites as required.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
• Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise wiring installations per specs and local codes.
• Supervise and coordinate craft workers.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders as needed for supervision.
• Enforce safety regulations and SIC policies.
• Optimize work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Estimate worker-hours required for job completion.
• Attend project planning and scheduling meetings.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Maintain accurate time records.
• Inspect finished work for quality and conformance.
• Detect dangerous conditions and respond appropriately.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
