Qualifications

• Plans and supervises installations with attention to wiring, fixtures, and equipment per codes.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of craft workers.
• Read and interpret specifications and blueprints for supervision.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Coordinate work sequences to meet schedules and project plans.
• Attend planning meetings and estimate man-hour needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans new or modified installations to effectively construct or repair wiring and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders for supervision area.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Attend project planning/scheduling meetings.
• Analyze and resolve work problems and maintain time records.
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specs.
