Job Description

TalentCorps is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman for a 12-week project in the Dallas, Texas area. If you are a motivated leader with a strong electrical background and a valid TDLR license, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and participating in the installation of electrical systems.
  • Running conduit (various types and sizes).
  • Pulling and routing electrical wire and cable.
  • Terminating electrical panels, devices, and equipment.
  • Ensuring work complies with NEC and local codes.
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers and other trades.
  • Managing crew schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) Electrical License.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a working foreman, directly supervising crews of 5 to 10 people.
  • Proven ability to run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels efficiently and safely.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish is a plus.
