Job summary

Erwin Electric, Inc. in the Tampa Bay Area seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a major transit facility project, coordinating microgrid systems and duct bank installation. This role requires a journeyman license and 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, with 3+ years overseeing projects.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required.
• 10+ years commercial electrical experience.
• 3+ years overseeing electrical projects.
• Experience with duct bank installation, site utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience with microgrid or distributed power systems preferred.
• Experience on Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews.
• Provide on site training for apprentices.
• Experience and understanding of Pro Core.
• Coordinate installation of duct banks, underground raceways, and site power infrastructure.
• Support installation of microgrid and advanced electrical distribution systems.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, Florida Building Code, and Davis-Bacon requirements.
• Read and execute electrical plans, specifications, BIM/shop drawings and schedules.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety on site.
• Other duties as assigned.
