Job summary

AC Corp, a Crete United company, is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise on-site activities with the customer. The role involves medium voltage work, equipment service and inspection, and annual preventative maintenance of electrical systems.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Construction Foreman, 2+ years in medium voltage, a Journeyman card or electrical license, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and safety/OSHA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Foreman experience
• 2+ years of medium voltage experience
• Journeyman card or electrical license
• Ability to think critically and resolve problems
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of safety requirements and OSHA guidelines
• Able to read blueprints and other written instructions

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craftsmen
• Select appropriate tools and materials for installation
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders
• Install or direct installation of material and equipment
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Adjust work to meet construction schedules
• Maintain time records
• Coordinate sub-contractor activities
• Collaborate with project managers to complete projects
