This role involves overseeing a wide array of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion, and providing coaching to team members. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in a commercial setting, proficiency in project management activities, and strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of being an electrical foreman preferably in a commercial setting.
• 10+ years being in the electrical trade with a focus in commercial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on a wide range of electrical projects.
• Assess project status and manage labor and materials.
• Ensure team understands daily objectives and priorities.
• Communicate change orders and manage project schedules.
• Lead safety efforts at job sites.

Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other O365 Suite applications.

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organization and time management skills

Valid drivers license with clean record

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Electrical schooling preferred
