Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Salt Lake City to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Foremen access advanced field tech and travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility in St. Petersburg, Florida for customized courses. The role requires active journeyman or master electrician license, NEC knowledge, and 5+ years of leadership in electrical contracting.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least five years of experience managing scopes on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Strong computer and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards across the project.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to track progress and satisfy deadlines.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate field crew on designated scope.
