Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an Electrical General Foreman to coordinate multiple foremen on project sites and lead craft teams in delivering electrical installations from conduit routing to 25 kV gear. You will plan daily activities, ensure alignment with drawings, manage material orders, and uphold safety standards while maintaining project schedules.

The role requires at least four years of electrical field experience with complex installs and three years as an Industrial Electrical

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in installations of conduit, cable tray, electrical buildings with gear 120-25kv, and cable pulls/terminations for instrumentation, 600 volt to 25kv.
• Three years minimum of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman with one year expertise as a General Foreman.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates foremen and craft personnel to meet schedules safely and cost efficiently.
• Read and visualize blueprints, plan materials and weekly work for the crew.
• Promote safety awareness and enforce safety policies on site.
• Coordinate with other crafts and supervision to resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
