Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a project in York, SC. You will lead electrical crews, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and local codes, and coordinate with other trades to keep the schedule.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and the ability to plan, inspect, and adjust work plans. Travel is required as projects vary across the Southeast; a journeyman level experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
• Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
• Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise wiring installations to meet specifications and local electrical codes.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders for supervision area.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies with workers.
• Plan work sequences to meet construction schedules and labor needs.
• Attend project planning and scheduling meetings.
