Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foremen for a project in Atlanta, GA. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.

The Electrical Foreman will plan and supervise installations, interpret drawings, enforce safety, and coordinate craft workers to meet schedules and quality standards. Travel will be required for assignments across sites.

Qualifications

• Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
• Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
• Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plans new or modified installations to effectively and efficiently construct or repair wiring, fixture, or equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Establish and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedule.
