Job summary

Knobelsdorff is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews for large commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and on-time execution.

You will mentor field teams, manage budgets and schedules, and act as the primary on-site contact with customers, inspectors, and stakeholders. A Journeyman license with 5+ years in a lead role is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 5+ years in Electrical Foreman or Project Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction and data center projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work complies with code, contract specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings.
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
• Support budgets, timelines, and quality control; mentor team members.
