Knobelsdorff is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews for commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, safety, and client expectations to deliver high-quality installations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license and 5+ years in Electrical Foreman or Project Lead role.
• Experience in industrial electrical construction or data center projects.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings.
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
• Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
• Mentor field team members and foster accountability.
• Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics.
• Partner with Construction Manager to solve issues and adjust plans.
