Job summary

Dailey Company, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead daily electrical construction activities on-site.

You will plan, assign tasks to electricians and helpers, coordinate with project managers, and ensure installations meet project specs, codes, and safety standards. Reading blueprints, organizing tools, inspecting work, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining progress documentation are core duties.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles for commercial/residential construction.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing electrical projects and crews.
Hands-on abilities in wiring and installation of electrical systems/components.
Effective troubleshooting for electrical issues with safety focus.
Experience supervising electrical teams on construction sites and enforcing safety protocols.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Familiarity with NEC, local codes, and industry standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.
Valid Texas electrical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily electrical construction activities on-site in Houston, planning and assigning work.
