Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask with strong verbal and written communication. Drug and background screens are required, and lighting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass drug and background screen.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.

• Experience as foreman or leading crews on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all FSG Electric field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
• Performs a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
• Lays out work for subordinate lead persons, ensuring material, tools, equipment, information and manpower are available.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Directs installation of electrical feeders and equipment; control and distribution apparatus; lighting fixtures and outlets.
• Monitors work, directs crews, and schedules according to job pace and other trades.
• May perform work supervised for production or instruction.
• Handles office correspondence and administrative paperwork.
