Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise field crews on electrical construction projects, including lighting retrofits and installations. The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a solid work history, and a commitment to safe, on-time project execution.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager for estimates, manage crew schedules, and ensure material and manpower are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must pass drug and background screen.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Experience in crew leading or foreman on ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and run electrical field crews on construction projects.
• Jointly perform estimates and take-offs with the Project Manager.
• Plan work, ensure materials and manpower are in place.
• Establish work schedules and crew loading.
• Direct installation of feeders, equipment, switch gear, and lighting.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper training on site.
